Cecilia Jay

Postgraduate student

Cecilia is reading for a DPhil in Clinical Medicine and is a member of Linacre College. During her undergraduate degree she studied Biological Sciences at the University of Oxford, and has previously worked in the Department of Plant Sciences with an interest in plant-based pharmaceutical production. 

Her research project centres around the role of T-cell cross-reactivity in diseases such as COVID-19, Dengue fever and Zika. 

This project is being supervised by Professor Philip Goulder and Professor Paul Klenerman at The University of Oxford, and Professor Lance Turtle at the University of Liverpool.
