Julia Colston
Postdoctoral Scientist
I am an Academic Clinical Lecturer in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology in Oxford. My research interests are around DNA viruses in immunosuppressed cohorts. I am currently looking at cytomegalovirus infection in both Paediatric and Adult cohorts of haematopoetic and solid organ transplant recipients, using next generation sequencing to track the evolution of the virus longitudinally within the host.
