Postdoctoral Scientist
Brief Biography:
I started doing postdoctoral research in the Barnes group in October 2018 after getting my Ph.D. degree at Tsinghua University. During my Ph.D. career, I studied incorporating temporal information into predictive modeling for multi-disease risks and disease progression of patients. Most of my work has been focused on patients’ electronic health records analysis and risk predictive modeling by leveraging statistics, machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Research interests:
Healthcare analytics, medical informatics, disease risk prediction, longitudinal data analysis, patient care process analysis
Current project:
HBV Infection, Natural Language Processing
